21st: A Reflective Post
Birthday was always nothing to me. Let alone the age.
I was selfish.
I forgot to remember:
Those who spent time celebrating it with me;
Those who bothered writing me a birthday message;
Those who called from miles to greet me;
And those who gave me the best present they could.
Yes, they remembered me but I didn't respond reciprocally.
I told my friend at the first hour of my 21st:"What's big deal with 21? I don't see a difference in myself."
Within 72 hours I changed my mind.
My 21st taught me how to appreciate birthday.
Appreciate it for reminding me how lucky I am.
Yes, how lucky I am to have all of you.

Wind Blew Hard Hard
Yeap, everything turned out pretty good.
Obama won.
1st African American US President.
He said, change has come to America.
I don't know how much could this change affect Malaysia,
Maybe it'll turn out like some pessimistic predictions - All Malaysians will achieve equal opportunities when we have our 44th prime minister. Oh well, maybe that's being optimisitc?
But at least the change will have some effects on the world given that US is such a powerful nation. Awareness of equality regardless of ethnicities will be heigthened. More hopes generated perhaps. Less war too.
Raja Petra is released.
Although ISA has not been abolished, this case has shown separation of powers is possible in Malaysia.
It's also a sign of liberty improvement.
