Aging

Some gravy spilt out.

The hands were still shaking.

There was a moment of helplessness flashed through his eyes, which were supposed to be confident, experienced, and wise.

Slowly, he walked back to his seat. Leaving a few drips of curry behind.

The lecture burst out laughing.

He was flustered with the set of 'manifestation of technological advancement' in front of him.

The video could not be turned on and the lights kept blinking.

A student went up to the machinery, in five seconds, he clicked a few buttons, the video was on, and the lights were stagnant.

The student went back to his seat. Leaving him and his forced smile behind.

These lecturers are prominent, intellectual, and honorable.

They are those that have achieved excellency and made significant contribution to the academic and the society.

However, aging doesn't make selections.

It just overwhelms everyone regardless their sucessfulness.

How does he feel when the physical that had been quite fit is no longer able to catch up with the mental?

How does he feel when the profound knowledge he has applies very limitedly to the current trivials?

What's the feeling of being left behind?
